Patch test first. Before showering, spray onto dry body areas from 15–20cm away. Leave for one minute, then rinse thoroughly with water; gently massage reachable areas. Start once or twice weekly and adjust to tolerance and label directions. Do not use on the face, eyes, broken or irritated skin. Use sunscreen on exposed areas.
